Storyboard does not show in english

Symptoms

When I run Launch Storyboard Manager from Desktop for Eclipse it comes up in English, but when doing a Storyboard export the Storyboard Manager console window in Excel is in German.
Where can I change this to English?

Resolution

It seems you are using Desktop for Eclipse and have started Eclipse in another (default) language - e.g. Polish. This causes our exporter to configure the storyboard for "pl".
The storyboard code then sees that this is not "en" and defaults to German.

As a workaround, you can do one of the following:

  1. Launch Eclipse in English, by running eclipse.exe -nl en
Please see also How to change the language in Desktop for Eclipse.

OR

  1. After having created a new storyboard in your localized Eclipse, open it in Excel
  2. Switch to the sheet "Internal"
  3. Place the cursor on field B6 and change the entry to "en"
  4. Close the storyboard and re-open it.
