Evolution Ticketing System
The Evolution ticketing system can be used by developers to manage their account, peruse platform documentation, host file content, map and test applications, among other things. While the bulk of the Evolution features are described elsewhere in our documentation, we will detail how users can log requests with the Customer Obsession Team and track the replies until a particular issue is fully resolved.
The primary entry point to the Evolution ticketing system is accessible from the Account menu on the menu bar of the Evolution interface:
