Account Journal

The Evolution Account Journal is available from the Account menu on the Evolution menu bar. This feature allows you to record any changes that are made to the user account. This can be useful for tracking any changes to Users & Contacts, the Application Manager, and phone number mappings on a per-case basis.

Upon selecting the Account Journal, you will then be presented with a search-able listing that details the most recent changes made to an Evolution account:

On the right hand side of the Account Journal page, you can check the Account Journal Calendar to view any edits to an account on a per-month basis and view a "snapshot" listing of recent changes:
