Prophecy 9.0.37680.0 and later include support for Mac OS X Snow Leopard.
Existing installations of Prophecy 9 and earlier are moved to a backup directory and a clean copy of Prophecy 9 is installed in its place.
Support for CallXML 2.0 and CCXML Voxeo has been removed from Prophecy 9. Please see the Prophecy 8 CallXML Porting Guide and CCXML Porting Guide for more information.
Designer does not support SSML tags in TTS prompts. Designer comes with a large set of professionally recorded prompts that cover most typical financial and customer service applications.
As a local resource, Prophecy ASR and TTS must be configured as a service on all nodes within a community for proper routing.
