Notes

• Language packs installed prior to RC-2 are not supported in Prophecy 10. You must install v3.11 or higher language packs after upgrading.
• Support for CallXML 2.0 and CCXML Voxeo has been removed from Prophecy 9 and 10.  Please see the Prophecy 8 CallXML Porting Guide and CCXML Porting Guide for more information.
• Designer does not support SSML tags in TTS prompts. Designer comes with a large set of professionally recorded prompts that cover most typical financial and customer service applications.
• As a local resource, Prophecy ASR and TTS must be configured as a service on all nodes within a community for proper routing.
• A Prophecy Linux install will fail when the tmp directory is set to "noexec".
