Introduction
Support tickets address issues
for a specific application or account. Unlike the support forums, tickets
are private and may only be viewed by you and the Voxeo Extreme Support team.
New tickets and/or unresolved tickets will display an open status. Once resolved, the
ticket status will be set to closed.
